Return Policy
30-day return window - Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Damaged or defective items - Contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Wrong item received - We will ship the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect one.
Opened or used products - Cannot be returned unless they are defective. Hygiene and safety products (gloves, masks, sanitizer) are non-returnable once opened.
How to Return an Item

Email or call us with your order number and reason for return.
Get Authorization
We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and prepaid shipping label.
Ship It Back
Pack the item securely and ship using the provided label. Refund processes in 5-7 days.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be applied to your original payment method or account credit, depending on your preference.
