By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to make the purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment terms for business accounts (Net-30, Net-60) are subject to credit approval. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. ReFLX is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are subject to our Return Policy. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days. Opened hygiene and safety products are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReFLX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or products.
